About Neupauer Ltd
Is interpersonal conflict, low staff morale and lack of team work keeping you awake at night? Or do you feel like your employees behave like children? With diverse range of courses and workshops, we empower individuals to communicate effectively, collaborate seamlessly, lead with confidence and enjoy more positive workplace environment. Our training courses can be delivered as they are (off the peg) or, often, we customise them for you to ensure they fit in with your challenges. We also offer bespoke courses if there is a specific problem or area you need to address.
Our courses are interactive with time for self-reflection and group discussions. Our delegates appreciate this time out not only for learning but being able to openly discuss their day to day difficulties and how they may contribute to improve relationships within their team.
Head over to Services to find out our core training courses or get in touch below for more information with a specific interpersonal problem.

How Soft Skills can future proof our business
It’s widely recognised that businesses with greater numbers of skilled staff have higher levels of innovation, productivity and profitability. But when considering the specific skills required to operate a successful business, many organisations focus on the hard skills required to make a product or deliver a service. They often neglect the soft skills that are a necessary complement to these hard skills. And do so at their peril.
We have successfully delivered training and workshops in East Sussex, Surrey to a range of organisations as well as individuals all over the world, including:
You have changed my life by providing me tools to be more assertive. I knew the way some people behaved towards me wasn’t right but I didn’t know what to do about. Now I know! Thank you so much"!
